Mindfulness-Based Approaches
Mindfulness is a state of awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally. It involves observing one’s thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations objectively, accepting them the way they are without judging them to be good or bad.
